After having served at Deliverance Evangelistic Church and then True Light Fellowship Church, in November 2009 following the call of God, Word of Life Outreach Center Inc. was born in the living room of our home. On March 1, 2016 the Lord blessed Word of Life Outreach Center, Inc with a beautiful church edifice at 2120 Woodlynne Ave. Woodlynne NJ; at the corner of Woodlynne and Cooper Avenues where they could continue to grow and outreach in the Camden County New Jersey area
Pastor Sharon Cooper accepted Jesus Christ as her savior as a young woman at Deliverance Evangelistic Church in Philadelphia, PA. under the pastorate of Rev. Dr. Benjamin Smith Sr. She received her General Theology certificate at Deliverance Evangelistic Bible Institute in 1999 and was licensed as an Evangelist. While at Deliverance, Evangelist Sharon served in various ministries including the bereavement ministry, homeless ministry and street evangelism ministry. She was actively involved in the Missions Ministry serving in a leadership capacity.
In 1995 her and her husband joined the True Light Fellowship Church under the pastorate of Dr. Wesley Pinnock, D. Min. There she continued to serve in the Missions Ministry and became Assistant Director of Outreach Ministries overseeing the homebound, homeless, drug addiction and prison ministries.
In 2005 she was ordained under the leadership if Dr. Wesley Pinnock. She continued to serve in a leadership role in Missions, serving as coordinator for the ministerial board until such time the Lord called her to the Pastorate.
Pastor Victor holds a Bachelor of Science from Geneva College, a Master of Science in Management from Rosemont College and a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies from Westminster Theological Seminary. He is a retired New Jersey State Police Officer. He has serves as an adjunct professor in Criminal Justice at Rosemont College and Penn State University.
Pastor Victor was ordained to the gospel ministry at Deliverance Evangelistic Church under the pastorate of
Rev. Benjamin Smith Sr in 1995.
Pastor Victor served as the Missions Director at Deliverance Evangelistic Church and has led Missions Outreach endeavors to Conway South Carolina, Trinidad & Tobago, Port-au-Prince and Jeremie Haiti.
Pastor Victor served as the Missions Pastor at True Light Fellowship Church from 1996 until 2005 at which time he assumed the role of Pastor of Christian Education. Under his leadership enrollment in the school doubled and accelerated courses were added to the school resulting in an accelerated completion timeline.
Pastor Victor is an ardent student of the word of God. His desire is to see God’s people gain knowledge and insight into the word of God through practical teaching and life application.
